severed hand intro

what effect is used in the first 7 or so seconds of severed hand
i think its a backwards delay...but im not sure
if it is backwards delay...what delay does mike use and what notes is he playing??

    I think its delay, maybe some E-Bow?

    Prolly, he also has an old boss analog delay, but I doubt the boss has the backward effect.
