Sorry, can't tell from that pic. I don't think Ed likes pedals, could be wrong though.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

    can anyone see it now??
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

The guy posted the thumbnail of the pic instead of the pic.

It's more likely the Framptone 3 Banger purchased from Keeley.

My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

Yep, they all use the Keeley crap!
I think Ed pays more attention to that mug then his rig ;) It is much better for us when they are having fun and Ed seems to be enjoying himself on this tour.

It's possible that he's using it just not using it with a lot of gain....because from that picture it does not look like the Framptone

It could be because the mic stand is right front of where the third button would be.

I don't know though about the Fender Blender though, I have one, and I'm not too impressed with it. I'm thinking of selling it. Any takers?
  • I have a Flender and i love it to death.

I'm a smashing pumpkins fan though so i can make use of it..

    tonssssssssssss of use..

and no, there's no way in hell it could be a Fender Blender, even on low gain, trust me ;)

I so think I'm going to sell mine on ebay or something. Any good settings you can recommend I dial into the thing?

    mild, NAIS type use..

    vol - 5-7
    sustain - 4-7
tone - 4-9 (adjust as you see fit :) )
    blend - 1.5 - 4 (again, adjust for taste).

for that wild, but not totally over the top fuzz..

    vol - 9
sus - 9 (adjust for taste for both.. usually really high)
    tone - 5-9
    blend - 4

    robot >_< ...

    vol - 3-5
    sus - 3-5
    tone - whatever you want
    blend - really high.. 6-10

that's a good start.. mine came with a book of pre-sets as well that are a bit boring but pretty decent (i don't use them, i like to adjust it as i see fit at the moment :) )
