cool idea

wouldnt it be really cool if bands like pearl jam
along with the proffesionally mixed CD, gave fans like a dvd of a protools file
so we could mix it ourself! I think that would be so cool! i would prob turn mike all the way up
and ed all the way up

but thats me

what do you think?!

    That would be awesome. It would help out guitarists and bassists to figure out the tracks, as they could be isolated. NIN did that with 'With Teeth' (just the song, not the album), released it as a garageband file. Great idea, and it's not like it really costs them any more money.
