Acoustic PJ for beginners

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Now that my 13 year old nephew has pretty much grown out of his pop-punk phase, he's starting to show interest in more traditonal rock music. He's showing alot of interest in acoustic material, Pearl Jam in particular.

I'm trying to figure out what PJ songs would be best to teach him on acoustic guitar?
