For the "Song In Progress" I'd loose the backward stuff (as it makes it sound kind of muttled, & not quite
as musical or melodic as it could be). But keep working on it, I'm sure you'll have it worked out in no time.
Remember, songs don't always come together in one sitting (they sometimes take a while to congeal).
You've got a good start, so take your time and let it flow.

i'd agree that the reverse stuff is detracting a bit right now. maybe pull the main guitar closer to centre and lower the volume of the reverse stuff for now.
