what could i do with a lame amp?

ok i have this lame bass amp whose volume is so gone that i can barely hear anything. what can i do with this? can i make it better by replacing or fixing something? can i take out a part of it and use it for something else?

    The first thing to do would be to see what it is, and if it's worth it to fix.
    What brand and model is it?

    If you liked it before, then you can take it in to a shop and have them look through to see what the problem is. It's most likely something pretty simple like a capacitor or transformer going down. Amps aren't do it yourself repairs if you don't have any tech expertise! It's really easy to get shocked! :eek:

    If you didn't like it, and it's so crappy that it isn't worth anything, take some friends with you with cameras, and have them film you while you push it off the railing of the Eiffel Tower! :D
