Yellow Ledbetter Acoustic tabs?

Anyone out there have any good tab for a yellow ledbetter acoustic tab.. (bridge school benefit etc?) Or any advice on where to go. I want to add some improvising to it like Mike but Im stuck at some points. Thanks.

    That's it. Really sweet acoustic version from TFC 97.

    The basic chord progression for YLB is E, B, A, E.
    The key is E maj

    Mike's stuff is all in C#m , whihc is the relative minor to E maj.
