the strokes?

can anyone tell me in the strokes video, "modern age", what julian is wearing, its a suit and tie, but i need to know the colour.i need to know so me and a mate can settle a bet we have.

    red shoes, khaki pants, white/orange/green striped shirt, white tie and blue jacket. the jacket he wears is a replica of an army jacket from a european country, can't remember which one though. several months ago there was a company that makes them selling them on ebay. sorry but i can't remember the specifics about the jacket. hope that helps.
