In ear monitors...

I'v noticed from the pics on the the website...
that the guys in the band have been using in the ear monitors..
is this new..
or have you noticed this in the past...?

    to my knowledge, they adopted them at the beginning of the canadian tour.

    it's fairly new.
    i think exhausted may be right, could've just started this year.

    it's supposed to be really quiet up on that stage now.
    like strange quiet ... only eddie's vocals coming out of a center stage monitor ... if you aren't in the middle, apparently you can't even hear that.
    all the instruments are monitored in ear, as you have noticed.

    I would like to take a moment to say that in-ear monitors are nothing to mess around with. DO NOT attempt to use them without having a sound engineer who knows what they are doing.

    Three words to remember when using in-ear monitors

    FAST-ACTING LIMITERS

    I'm not saying stupidity should be a capital offence, but what say we take the safety labels off everything and let nature run it's course?
