What pedals did Kurt use?

I know this isn't a Nirvana message board but I figured the people here are most knowledgable and most likely someone here would have an idea. In a post once someone said he used a BOSS turbo-distortion pedal, that true? Also, any idea what else he may have used at any time? Thanks in advance for any info.

    The Electro-Harmonix Small Clone chorus was a huge part of his sound, and the Tech 21 SansAmp Classic distortion was his preference towards the end of his life, although the Boss DS-1 and DS-2 were featured more in the glory days (Nevermind) as well as on albums.
