amp help yet again

ok so um amp help again

gimmie a an amp, that has a great clean tone...a decent yet maybe below avg overdrive, since ill be running my DS-2 and TS9 through the clean tone...something with a basic clean tone, i dont need that blues stuff (hot rod deville although im looking at it)

i prefer tube but solid state will be fine...something 800$ or less...i want 50-75 watts...some amps are switchable from 15watts to 50watts, thats cool...most likely it will be a combo amp...2 10inch, 2 12inch, or 4 10inch speakers...not 1 speaker

i prefer something new too, not off ebay

    fender 100 watt amp

    its in musicians friend and american music supply magazines and usually on sale. I don't feel like running to find the technical name now...

    Its my amp and i love it. 3 channels of overdrive (clean, dirty, very dirty) and a footswitch included.

    do you need a speaker cab too, or just an amp?

    enharmonic...a combo amp...or maybe a half stack but for under 800 or 850...if its a combo amp. atleast 2 10inch speakers...i prefer 2 12inch...50-75 watts at most

    i was actually thinking about a reverend...but i want more than 1 speaker...also if i were to get the half stack, the head alone is 600$ thats really good for a head, but then i only got 200$ for the cab

    Why do you need more than one speaker? that alone is going to cut into your budget in a big way.

    A good 1x12 combo can sound as good if not better than just about anything...and they record much better too.

    Just a thought. Go for what you know man. You live in NY...there's a TON of good shops in the city where you could try out some used gear ;)

    look for em used. the old twins go for about 500-800 bucks. i just bough a super twin for 350. and the traynor mark III's go for pretty cheap and they are pretty much a twin.
