i got a "new" guitar today

well im not sure if i posted it here, i think i did

one of my relatives past away last week and he was one of my idols in guitar playing cuz he was just fuckin amazing at playing blues on his guitar...great guy...for you that didnt read it, he killed himself by ODing, he had drug abuse and achoholic problems throughout his whole life, and he tried getting help at these programs and clinics but they never worked...the week after he died (yesterday) he was gonna go upstate to a 18 month program and he killed himself because he didnt think that it would help and his life was useless

anyway

i recieved his guitar, amp, and accessories today
well to start off his amp really sucked, it was the roland micro cube

but his guitar, before you laugh, this is all true
its a squier tele (not custom) just a tele, he changed one of his single coils to a humbucker, im not sure who makes it or anything
i played it through my amp and put the pickup switch to that humbucker (neck) and the sound is so warm and mellow sounding, it sounds better than most fender teles ive played

    Sorry about your relative, but perhaps there's some mojo workin' in his guitar...

    dude seriously, this tele sounds so good, it sounds just like eds tele's tone on the VFC tour, no joke
