Boost

So my footswitch has decided not to allow the boost to work...it changes channels but when i hit the 2nd button on the switch for the boost it doesnt go on at all...the cables are all new...boost works manually

is this something i can get traynor to cover under the warranty? as in them sending me a new footswitch?
