im returning the TS9 to get my 100$ back and then selling my Boss DS-2 on ebay (contact me on here if you are interested, i paid about 80$ for it)...so if all works out, im going to get a Maxon Sonic Distortion....just to have a different type of OD/Dist rather than my amps although i love the OD from the amp....or i may just get a fender blender..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

ixnay on the sonic D for a while. Go for the fender blender or try finding a botique OD in the same price range. The TS9 is probably to mid heavy for you, there are plenty that are nice and glassy. You like the amp tone already, maybe try a clean boost.
hmmm the ts9 isnt too heavy for me, it just sounds "blah"....plus i have the mids on my OD at 7, haha
im getting rid of the DS-2 because i was using that as a distortion since my old amp had crappy OD...i would keep it but its not really what i want...
im wierd i like good old fashion overdrive, but i also like the good old hard distortion sound, grungy type i guess you would say
marshall makes an OD called the Guvnor...that sounds pretty sweet online

i did get a setting on the ts9 that i like but...
it sounds exactly the same as my regular OD channel...and if i put it through the OD channel it just sounds as if i hit the boost on my footswitch...so theres really no point in it
