I sent in an email and got a response back within 20 minutes.

They are letting me get a new footswitch and are extending my warranty since I got my amp off of eBay. They fuckin rock :D

    Way cool. I'd expect any company to say "Tuff luck" on ebay purchases and a warranty. Very, very cool.
