Ok, so I have had a few days to play with this baby.
Let me just say, this pedal is not a fuzz at all! It doesn't have the same amount of gain as the OCD. I think if you turned the OCD to about 3 oclock that's the FB on full gain.
the FB is very weird. I don't play it with my SG, it doesn't sound good at all. There's a "Sag" knob that you have to adjust depending on the volume you are playing at. It's almost similar to a "presence" knob. When I play it with my strat, I will put it on my bridge pickup and it will sound like I'm playing through an old Marshall 74x (but not really ), also depends on the settings you have with it. I put it on my middle pup and it is much darker, more than usuall. Infact when you turn the gain up a little with the middle pup on, it sounds like hmmm I can't explain it but maybe like a vintage fender sounds a little past the breakup point. Very "Strokes" like.
Now on my neck pickup, this bothers me. I have no smoothe sound at all. If I leave the tone where I like it, it's too crunch and raw. If I turn the tone down it sounds too dark and distant.
But let me just say, I played Foxy Lady with this pedal, INSANE
By the way, this pedal does most of what the BD-2 does with the right settings. And since I will be using this with my strat the most, I am selling my BD-2. Let me know if anyone is interested.

That's why you get a fulltone '69 fuzz pedal. then use the OCD to help smooth it out some.
