rebuild a guitar

I have a strat body but the neck is broken and I'm thinking about rebuiling it completlely, new pickups, new neck (of course) new everything. any thoughts or ideas I'm not really sure how to get started. also any idea on the cost?

any help is greatly appreciated.

    If you want a really cool neck try these dudes out: http://www.warmoth.com

    they can make a neck out of any type of wood, frets, the lot.

    Pickups you can get good ones anywhere, ask your local store,

    but i would consider Seymour Duncan, Lindy Fralins, Dimarzio's, or Kent Armstrong, Bill Lawrence for strats.

    Pickguards try out http://www.allparts.com

    I would def consider either a Shaller Bridge or Gotoh.
    always buy the best electronics and cables for the insides.
