Is finally complete!!!!!!

I have an MBox and Protools,
A set of decent headphones from Radio Shack,
A Shure SM57 mic.

This is all run on my Dell computer.

I am set up and ready to record!!! Wooooo! I told my wife that last night, and she said, "it is complete for about a week!" I told her instruments don't count as part of a recording studio....instruments are just instruments. lol

I am almost done with one song. It all works fatastically.

My current instruments include:

Breedlove Focus Dreadnaught (my dream come true!)
Alvarez accoustic
a cheapo banjo
a cheapo electric guitar.
an EGGZ shaker
a cuika drum

My instrument wishlist includes (in case any of you want to make a generous donation!!!):

A bass guitar
An upright bass
A MIDI keyboard
A mandolin
A better banjo
A better electric guitar

I just got the M-Box factory bundle yesterday (which I run through a Dell as well), and I've been having fun figuring out the Pro Tools software and all of the cool plug-ins which came with it.

Definitely need a better set of headphones for monitoring though.

I'm finding out there's a whole lot to the software. I figured out the general way things work after a few hours. But now I need to learn the finer points of looping, multi-tracking etc.

    Going to be fun though.
