problems con guitaras

ok ive got a problem, my guitar keeps buzzing like it has a short in it, like i play around with the chord and hit the knobs but it doesnt go away. what can i do or what should i . thanks

    Does it sound like an electrical buzz or a string buzz? if it's a string buzz then you could take it to a shop and have the action adjusted probably. if it's electrical then a guitar repair person could probably fix that too but it may be from the pickups if they're single coils...

    perhaps a ground connection is broken. or....

    Is this your first single coil guitar?
