I've been trying to work this out for a few days, it seems a popular request and I'd like to figure out how to play it.
I think I've got the chorus down, it revolves around the G shape (D shape on a guitar) and goes like this:
E -2222-232-1111-3333-2222
A -3333-333-3333-3333-3333
C -2222-222-1111
2222
G
(these are not lined up rhythmically, it's just the chord progression)
The verse seems to revolve around the same shape but I can't pick it out, and I have no ideas about the 'don't you worry, I believe your story...' chord progression.
Any thoughts/Ideas?
(Guitar players, shove a capo on 5 and your DGBE strings will sound similar to a uke)

What we learn from experience depends on what philosophy we bring to experience. It is therefore useless to appeal to experience before we have settled, as well as we can, the philosophical question. - C.S. Lewis, Miracles
