I'm going to DC! A few questions!

Well maybe, like 90% sure I am... I'd be doing from DC on to the rest of the tour...

I have a few questions though, I need 4 Tickets together...

There are some seats available in the 400s on TM.. and while I live by the philosophy that as long as I am in the building I will be happy I did end up checking stubhub to see what the prices were like and well... they are not that bad... for a seat in section 202 it's only about 20 bucks more than face value...

Now, I have NEVER done stub hub when it comes to tickets... so my question is... will they give you a hard ticket? I do not feel comfy w/ printed tickets and also will they guarantee the ticket to work if they are printed?

Also a question about the venue (I've never been), if I were to sit in the 400 section, how is it? The tix available on ticketmaster are like parallel to the stage, which is ok w/ me as long as it doesn't sound shitty. Let me know, any venue info would help.

Thanks.

I believe that stub hub is actually owned by ticketbastard. There shouldn't be any issues.

As for the 400 section, I have no idea. But hey, you would be in the building, so does it really matter?

You should pay the extra $20 for a 200 section over the 400 section, sound will be better.

Naw it's not outside... plus I absolutely hate the lawn because I feel like I can't really connect w/ the band if I can't see them. lol.

Sound at the phonebooth (Verizon Center) is hit and miss. There are some good spots and some bad spots. There are lot more bad spots in the 400's then in the 200's. Yeah, I would definitely consider the broker. See ya there.

The 400 level at the Verizon Center is too high and too far away. There is open air ticket market outside the venue and I doubt things will be going for over face. I would suggest you look for two pairs. I've gotten lucky several times buying great tickets at face value near the corner with the Metro exit.
