place to find musicians online?

Hey, I remember there being a thread around here awhile ago that showed websites that were like classified spots to find musicians interested in playing; I've been trying to find bands, musicians, and vocalists to work with for awhile and haven't been having much luck. Any idea of places I could go, like online classifieds? Thanks alot.
