any NYC musicians?

Hey everyone. I'm a senior in high school, guitarist, lyricist and singer; it's amazing how few people I can find around my school with that love I have for rock and roll, folk, blues, country, all that stuff; it's mostly hiphop, which I can't stand. I like all types of music, jazz, world music, whatever, but in the end I'm in a folk and rock and roll center. I've been looking to find some people to get together with to play, guitarists, bassists, pianists, drummers, horns, whatever the hell you play. Even singers who maybe could sing some stuff and bring ideas of their own. I'd love to find some people and have some fun.

I'm a gigantic Neil Young fan.
