Guitar Question

Does it do anything permanent to your guitar when you point a remote at the pickups for a different sound? And if it does does it go away.

    remote? TV remote? you can't change channels on a guitar you know.

    duh, don't you play guitar?

    when you point a tv remote at the pickups and just press any buttons it will make the guitar have a slightly different sound.

    Are you standing next to the TV, and is the TV on at the time? Single-coil or humbuckers?
