NYC female fronted ALTERNATIVE ROCK band NEEDS GUITARIST

OK it just hit me to sign up for this thing as I rampantly comb nyc for the perfect grungy rock guiatarist. The music is looking to go towards FUEL/Seether ..(post grungy)...essentially looking to go strong with a grungy vibe while maintaining a modern edge....Fuel and seether do that quite well so you can get the idea...

We are serious...we have a ton of great marketable songs, good hooks, good stage look, we need you...OH AND WE HAVE A BASS PLAYER AND A DRUMMER...
essentially looking for a good writing partner and tasteful/great player with stage-recording experience. In need of someone who values melody over pure aggression as well. Im a singer and the songs will be hard yet extremely melodic.
Obviously, if you are on this board you gotta be somewhat cool...

OK thanks and I really hope to hear from some of you.
Help....we've auditioned many and everyone's stuck in either korn land or linkin park land (linkin park is cool but not where I want to really go musicallly)
