attenuator?

Just got a Marshall JCM 900 and I'm thinking about getting an attenuator. Is there really a difference between brands and what are the average prices of these units? Thanx

    I am also considering one when I get my mesa f-50. Holy shit the one on musicians friend made by marshall is like 350 american. So yah...wow.

    screw the powerbrake. Look into the Dr. Z airbrake or the THD Hotplate both 279.95 and better built than the Marshall. You can use the DR. Z with any ohmage.
