Stewart McDonald has all kinds of stuff and a great catalog that will end up costing you lots o' cash! There are a lot of how to's on the site and in the catalog, too.
You probably have to buy a blank and make the nut or saddle yourself. It really isn't that hard, but there is a learning curve. Don't buy one saddle, get a few, because they crack easily when you are making them. I still like bone the best for saddles and nuts. They can make even the cheapest guitar sound a bit better.
