which one? the green russian, the black russian or the new USA made one in the old-school case?

the bypass when off on the old russian ones suck ass. the new USA one is true bypass.

    they all sound pretty cool.
  • is the first pedal I am gonna get when I get my tele.

    The usa true bypass one.

    Is it made by digitech?

distortion/fuzz. it's circuit is actually a couple distortions in series.

It's traditionally listed as a distortion/sustainer pedal. In essense it is a very high gain fuzz with emphasis on upper mids and trebles. It is a very harmonic distortion.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.
  • It seems from the pictures of it that it is a switch and not a pedal? I am talking about the pics from musicians friend. Is this a pedal or a switch?

Its a pedal with a footswitch.

Don't they all sound different tho? All 3 Muffs. I mean...I've been thinking of getting one on and off for years.
    standin above the crowd
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
    eager to identify with
    someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way

yeah, they all have their own characteristics.

don't both with the black russians. they're built like crap. the green russian is a collectors item at this point. i haven't played a USA one yet but based on the true bypass alone, it's the one to get. the others have dreadful tone-suck issues.
