"Dead Man" guitar?

Hi!

Somehow I can't really figure out the guitar(s) in the studio version of "Dead Man". Is it just Ed with an electric (Gibson?) or is it a mix of at least 2 guitars. Some parts sound totally like an acoustic and on the other hand there's always this electric sound evident...
