Fender Twin (100 Watts)

Hey guys I just rented A fender twin tube to record my demo. Anyhow Should I use my big muff pedal with the clean channel or the dirtty channel. Which one would bring out the Muff sound.

Any tips would be helpfull to make the recording sound wicked.
