Line6 DL-4 question...

I was wondering if what is happening is normal. Whenever I turn the delay on, there is a drop in my volume. My pedalboard is set up as follows....
guitar, wah, ts9, dod corrosion, mm-4, tuner, dl-4, stereo volume/pan pedal, amp.
I have a power supply that is plugged into a power bar. The power supply powers the tuner, two distortions and wah. I use the line6 adapters that came with the mm-4 and dl-4...those are plugged into the power bar.
