our band recently purchased a 16-track recorder (its in the mail), and we have very little recording experience. we messed around on a free, generic 4-track computer program but that is all. i was wondering if anyone had any recording tips that the inexperienced recorder wouldnt automatically know... micing drums ect.

They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters.... Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will."

I could give you a lot of tips, but it would be best if you just asked me questions as you go. If you need any help with anything, PM me.
