definitely more modern stuff, but that will help us go over in bars...

It is fun to learn new stuff though.

yeah, it will definately please the masses lots of popular stuff in there. I hope it works well. You can add your own flavor to those very well known songs though so that will be fun.

That comes with time. Making money and getting good at playing live comes first. People love to sing along. If you work your own stuff into covers that they like your audience increases faster.

    To be grammatical about it...

I don't know if that was meant to be an interrogative (a question) or an imperative (command).

Given the fact that I don't know you, let's assume it's a question.

No, we don't write our own songs. I don't have the time to dig in to things that much to write anything worthwhile. I do have time to learn some rockin' tunes and perform them live. It's great fun, I don't care if it is a Keith Richards solo... laying down a nasty lead line on Sympathy for the Devil is a great pasttime.

If you are telling me to write my own songs... then I have some suggestions for you too. :)

I'd come see you just for Pride and Joy alone. Nice mix of the old and new should be fun.

    Pure,

You have heard our crappy sample mp3s... the basement tapes you could call them...

Pride 'n' Joy is one of them.

I am singing, playing guitar, and some harmonica on those.

No, I just wanted to be sure you were aware of the clips... give people a vague idea of what we sound like...

although with a new drummer and bass player things are bound to sound different.

You are always welcome to attend.
