Has anyone pre-ordered the CD's? By made to order what does that mean just they don't create them until you order itor when you order do you get to pick outthe layout of the casing?

    ordered the cd of the bonnaroo show about 2 and a half weeks ago... i have no idea when it will reach the UK. probably ages.

    understood 3 weeks from show to get the CDs? so in that case should be starting to ship this week
