Is my Digitech Whammy dead? Help!

I had to plug my Whammy cause I wanted to put my new Micro-Vibe on my pedal board. Well I went to hook up my Whammy to its AC Adapter again and I did but for some reason the damn thing isnt getting any power. It's really pissing me off the LED light isnt turning on. I thought maybe the voltage on my power strip was too low and just tried to plug it in to the wall outlet. still no go. Is it my pedal or you think just the adapter is fucked up? I went on Harmony-Central and read some stuff about the Whammy and that is has voltage issues with the power supply but i dunno. It takes a 10v power supply and not 9 which is whack. Anyone have any solutions?
