"Mrs Robinson" is a good one to know. Me and my bddy play it at open mics all the time (usually leads into "No Rain" or "Stir It Up" and then back into "Mrs. Robinson" again)

Elderly Woman Behind the Counter In A Small Town is a really good one. It's pretty simple too. Another great acoustic song is Footsteps.
