Hey guys,
I was just listening to "take take take" off the new white stripes album and it reminded me of a previous discussion we had about panning 100% left or right in a recording. This song is an excellent example of how to use this technique effectively. The example I had give before was "whats mine is yours" by sleater Kinney, which remains a wicked example. I suggest everyone give a listen to this song for an example of minimalist reocording wizardry. Its an excellent tune also.
