Anyone know anything about Old Kraftsman guitars?

I just found an old guitar of my dad's and the name on it is "Old Kraftsman." I did some research and found out that it was possibly once made by Gibson, but somewhere along the line a company called "Kay Guitars" took over production and it was put in the Spiegel catalog for a period of time. My plan is to try and rebuild it and fix it up a little this summer and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these guitars and if so, where I may be able to get parts, any suggestions they have, etc. Thanks in advance
