Tab software for Mac

Anyone know of any freeware tab writing software for Mac? I've never had any luck with anything...I'd just like to write some things down for my own sake..

    I could never find any for mac, so I went and bought a pad of tab notation paper. It sucks.

    Yes, but don't forget that mac's are a million times better than any PC.

    yeah, thanks there are a couple...but they don't transfer to PC w/ the ASCII...
    I'll keeping looking.
