This a legit Gibson or did I get hosed?

Found this on eBay for about $100 - figured I'd buy it anyway...even if it's a POS...that's what POS' cost.

But the seller didn't know what they had - I think that's the Gibson logo right?

I'll let you know when I get it how it looks - it's gonna need a tune up, but I'm hoping I got a steal here.
Or if not, a nice project.

    I have a knock off LP that looks pretty similar.....it's just sitting in my basement collecting dust.
