Where did the
SFDs for Stone and Mike go to, that were on synergy a while back?
I really need to check those out again.
Time to figure out some new tricks with my own signal chain.
I'm thinking about doing some signal spliting, so i can route a clean and a processed through multiple different effects chains.
Does anyone know what the DANGERS of using a preamp pedal in front of effects pedals are, if any?
I have some concerns about blowing pedal circuits.
I know next to nothing about down-and-dirty electronics, and don't want to do anything stupid.
Is it safe to boost the line level like this going in to other "vintage" analog effects? (ie ibanez ts909 and 305 multifx)

chances of blowing up an effect with a preamp pedal are pretty slim. you can put effects after an amplifier's preamp section so i can't see a preamp pedal doing any harm.
