Shipping an Amp

I have a Line 6 DuoVerb amp that I'm trying to get rid of. Listed it for sale at my job and on Craigslist, no takers. Now as a last resort I'm going to list it on eBay (have not done so yet).

So I'm probably going to have to ship it. Any advice on how to ship a heavy, big amp like this? Would a cardboard box even work?

yes a corrugated cardboard box will work.

I own a store called Postnet and ship guitars, drums, amps, pedals etc all over the USA.

the amp should be wrapped completley in bubble wrap and then suspended in styrofoam peanuts in a cardboard box...preferably a double wall box if you can get one.(this might seem like overkill...but as far as any carrier making a claim, this will assure you it was packed properly and according to any Fedex/UPS standards)

It should be safe to ship to the other side of the World if done right
