This may be more for the european posters here but...

My bands supposed to be heading from Ireland to record and play a few gigs in Boston/NH in the new year.

Does anybody know if there is any legal/customs/tax issues we should be aware of before setting out?

I've heard of some musicians being stopped from travelling lately as it was deemed that they were going there to work illegally...

any info/warnings/notes of caution would be appreciated

    yup. check with your local consulate or whatever on travelling to the US to work. you'll need work permits.
