hes one of the best ever. Not to mention his amazing back up vocals sprinkled all over the By the Way album. They were really missing something without him. I dont know if I could imagine him with another band

his stage improvisations give me tingles.

i ALWAYS improvise but he has such a melody on him.

im more of a speed freak, this man doesnt feel the need to widdle but instead rocks the house by blasting out sum fantastic melodic instremental oddesy
  • I think he's phenomenal on BTW and Californication. I'd hope they go back to harder material next. The popish tunes get a little tired after many listens.

  • Yeah, I think he's great but he really needs to consider playing a few of the One Hot Minute tunes in concert. Just because Navarro wrote them, does it mean he can't play them? Warped, Aeroplane, My Friends? They were pretty successful...

his playing is just pure emotion
I don't want to hear from those who know

I like his over all sound, especially clean and mostly with the single coil guitars.
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

I don't know if you already heard his solo albums, but if you want to hear the most emotional i ever heard you should pick up his latest "Shadows Collide With People" (which i'm listening to right now!!! in the 1000th time) simply amazing!!!

must have!!!! the album of the year be far up until now and it will be hard to best it

the Usually just a t-shirt album is fucking great as well. The way he used #3 of that album as an intro for scar tissue on the Off the map dvd, awesome. Now everytime i play scar tissue i can't help but do it that way.
    Life's tough.
    It's tougher if you're stupid.

He stood in front of me at the chilis gig in london last year - here's a pic I took of him!
