Audioslave - I'm going to give it a shot tonight. Seems pretty straightforward.

  • it was fairly easy, can anyone validify the accuracy of the tabs?

  • If it is like most tabs in existence the answer is "What Accuracy?"

Hell half the time the song is in an alternate tuning, and the tab is for E standard.

This gets me thinking of about 70% of all Velvet Underground songs ... i swear they sound like alt. tunings on the records, but sure as day if you search on the internet, MAYBE 2 of them are detuned.

    Hrrrmmmm.

edit -- actually that tab looks pretty good ... although the fact that it was tabbed by "SlipKnot" leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sure the usual missing overdubs and oversimplified solo lines disclaimer applies, as well as the fact that hardly any tab ever takes the true rythm of the song in to account. But that is just me bitching.
If you are looking for a rough sketch of a song, tabs are great, and i rely on them heavily and should probably STFU.

    :)

If I opened it now would you not understand?
