Anyone use the older one? Armstrong is supposed to be a master. Hey Pac give me the scoop on comp/sustain :)

    well it depends on what you want to get out of it. What sound are you looking for?


    The Vintage Tone/Armstrong are very familar sounds found on various 70's recordings. Think Skunk Baxter.

    A good place to learn about some of the most popular ones is the Analogman page.

    http://www.analogman.com check out the comprossors page. He makes a copy of the Armstrong as well.
