    wow, best guitar I've ever played was a 65 strat off the wall at 5 G's. Hendrix adds 690G's I guess. Awesome.

    My nash, is going to look and sound hopefully exactly like that.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    In all seriousness, if this is real it is one of the nicest celeb axes I have seen. I am with you Pac, the 65 is the bomb and the burst is perfect for me.

    Funny this comes up today! It was one year ago today that Youthinkyou'reold and I were at the Southby's Clapton guitar auction in NYC and watched Blackie go on the block and go up and up and up to $959,000! I'll never forget the hush and the excitement in the room when they pulled it out and held it up. Another great piece of history.

    I never even bought a pick at that auction!

    It was cool to see the ES-355 from the Cream era, and the Martin that he played unplugged with, too. They went for maybe $750,000 each!
