I have had her for a week now, the tone is just amazing and she is fairly light. Right around 8 Lbs even. Acoustic tone is full and she rings out.

The neck is very broken in, and the inlays and fret work are very well done, I have only one small issue, but it is a Murphy so I will overlook it.

The 05 historics have a couple minor changes and I am digging the bakelite rear covers and truss rod plate. They finally did it right, the jack plate has been corrected and the knobs are no longer GAY amber.
Needless to say all that crap is coming off over the weekend for the real deal. I have some .022 NOS Bumble Bee's to replace the weak Gibson stock ones and I am installing Timbucker Double Creams in place of the stock BB's. The funny thing is the tone plugged in is fantastic, so I might wind up going back to the stock PUPS, hahahah probably not.

Lastly, the top is just stunning. This is a tabacco burst with a ribbon curl, bookmatched top. In person it is very close to the famous Brock Burst.
