i wasn't saying everything i write is deeper than everything he writes.i was saying that i have written songs that are deeper than his new song and i am just as capable of writing thought provoking meaningful lyrics as anyone on this planet.
I'm very impressed, although I was not a big fan of Bayleaf or Tone. It seems like the musical bed Stone's laying with this type of music is a great fit for his voice. I mean, that voice doesn't really work well over loud rock songs, but over some quirky country/folk stuff like this? Might be a great move. Look forward to hearing the rest, and I'm happy to see that one of the PJ members in their solo appearance is taking a wide step out of the PJ bubble, sonically.

You go Stone lol...It's a really interesting year for the boys and I like it, it's nice to see that they're just off doing things they want their way...Matt with the Harrybu Mcage CD, Jeff with Tone, Eddie on his solo's, Mike with his fundraisers and now Stone with a solo, it's really great to see the boys take a breather and roam into different territories, variety is the fruit of life no?
I saw the video for "Your Flames" and I like it, surely, it's not the best vocal ever or the best lyrics ever, but it's very nice and calm, very easy listening and just a nice little country/folk tune, so good job on that Stone...I wonder how the other songs will sound...And also the video was real nice too, seems like he was having a good time with the other artists...And Barb Ireland has such a beautiful voice, loved that little jazzy improptu that she did in the end...

I finally had time to sit down and review this song and video. Its very Alt/country sounding, but the clarinet just throws me off. I think I would rather hear a banjo or djembe doing that part, but it's still a very great, mellow pass me a joint song! Vocals would be great using Neko Case, but I like this gals sound also. I am curious what was creating the reflecting light circles around the room, it added a pretty cool twist to the black & white.

Okay, I tried to unzip it and it seemd to work. But when I tried to play it in the Windows Player; it still failed. The second time it asked me for a password to uncompress it.:rolleyes:
So I then tried opning it with my Real Player and that worked. Song is playing right now.
