Line 6 DL-4 delay in great shape, no velcro. Sounds great! I just bought it less than a month ago (bought it from original owner). I'm only selling it because I need some extra cash for PJ travel this summer...will probably end up regretting it. Also comes with the box, manual, and little stickers.
